Tatiana Terra & Michael Morra

From day one, Tina re-defined what exceptional customer service looks like. Tina was organized, detail-oriented, and consistently thorough. Every document, every step of the mortgage process, and every question or concern was handled with precision and clarity. We never felt uncertain - Tina anticipated our needs and offered guidance before we even realized we needed it.

What truly set Tina apart was her unwavering commitment to going above and beyond. She took the time to explain complex mortgage details in a way that was easy to understand, proactively addressed potential challenges, and made herself available at any time - whether it was a late evenings or weekends. Her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and seamless one.

We often joked that “Tina gets it done” - and she truly does. Tina’s dedication, knowledge, and remarkable work ethics made our first home-buying journey a memorable one. Tina exemplifies what outstanding customer service should be and reflects the excellence of your entire team.

We are profoundly grateful for Tina’s guidance and would recommend her without hesitation. We wanted to ensure her remarkable work is recognized - she truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

I wanted to add a review regarding my experience working with Tina Trama-Mayol. This was the first time I had used a broker and I was lucky that Tina really worked with me. There were some hiccups with my previous institution to transfer my mortgage and Tina was on it! There were items unknown to me and through her dedication and tenacity, with prompt follow up and responses, we were able to resolve those hurdles.

Tina now has my long-standing business from now on and will refer he moving forward.
Thanks again Tina!
Linda
